Unlike other stand off comps, the UA P80 Stand Off Comp is a one piece design that mounts to your frame with two locking screws using the bottom rail of the P80. The UA Stand Off Comp features a removable bottom rail for mounting lights and accessories.
The UA P80 G19 Stand Off Comp is only compatible with the P80 PF940C G19 frame, it will not fit factory Glock frames or any other frames.
Check your P80 for frame drop before ordering; This can be caused by baking the frame after cerakote, drilling a small hole out of certain locking blocks or out of place. If the front of the slide is more than 0.05 from the frame, do not use this stand off com.
Compensators work by redirecting exhaust gases up and to the side, meaning less recoil energy and less muzzle flip for the shooter. Since there is less recoil force with a compensator, you may need to use a lighter recoil spring for your gun to function properly. In most cases, the separation compensation stock spring will also cycle low power 115gr target ammunition, but for some slide/optics/barrel combinations you may need to reduce the weight of the recoil spring. If you experience FTE or FTF after attaching a compensator, it usually means you need a lower poundage recoil spring.
